Located on the beachfront in the Seascapes development in Halls Head, Western Australia, this two storey rammed limestone home is sited on the North-Western end of the lot with the garage and walled courtyard presenting themselves to the street. The South Eastern (street) elevation is modest and reserved in nature. The roof of the garage floats over the high street wall, hinting of what might be behind. The fenestration to the SE Elevation serves to provide cross ventilation to the home but gives little away about what might be happening inside. The NW Elevation in contrast is much more open featuring extensive glazing and a generously sized balcony, so that the magnificent views of the Indian Ocean can be taken full advantage of.
