Amlink Marble utilizes waterjet cutter to make smaller parts of the marble pattern and medallion. Our stone medallion plant is one of the largest waterjet facilities in China, equipped with several water jet cutters for various sizes. Water jet equipment permits for detailed cuttings of the most complex and difficult shapes, such as inside corners, small irregular shaped chips, notches, arches, small architectural and artistic pieces. Water jet can conveniently control the accuracy and precision of cuttings to less than tenth of an inch, which makes water jet patterns look seamless no matter how complicated and detailed they are. Water jet system is virtually automatic. After a drawing of design, which can be either pre-configured in our database or submitted by customers, is input into the system in the electronic form, the water jet will cut all inlayed pieces accurately. All these designs can be used to make stone medallions in different color themes, e.g.,  blue medallion if marble or granite with different shades of blue are used.
