The five-story, 195,000 gross square foot building will unify the College of Allied Health's eleven departments, which are currently dispersed, as well as the Medical Center's Office of the Chancellor and a 90-bed resident Nursing / Teaching Facility, in a plan which will encourage the interaction so important to a teaching and research facility. In addition, the building will provide one level of parking below grade.
