This luxury house residence is located in Kostverlorenkade; an island measuring 1200m2 lies in a nature area between Amsterdam, Amstelveen and Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, Netherland. The minimalist home forms architecture design is an object in the landscape; the beautiful island surrounded by ocean acts as the plinth. The comfortable living room and modern kitchen interior decorating are arranged in a loft such as a space on the house first floor. The more intimate spaces like luxury bedrooms and clean bathrooms are positioned on the house ground floor, orientated towards the home green garden on the backside. The basement contains an additional programmer such as a fitness room and an entertainment room / home cinema. Here, VMX architects build a 500m2 luxurious residence white color exterior paint. The house architectural project plan starting point for the creative concept was the perception of the landscape, the distant high buildings of the Zuid As and the Rembrandt Tower as well as the view of the aero planes traveling to and from Schiphol.
