RMJM has created a masterplan for a new city on a 4,700ha rural site near Karachi.

The plan includes 50,000 residential and commercial plots, education institutes and a convention centre.

A spokesman described DHA City as a 21st-century model city and landmark project.

RMJM is working with Greek practice Doxiadis Construction. Work is to start next year, with completion by 2030.
