Future Systems’ press centre at Lord’s cricket ground in north London is being refurbished for the first time since it opened back in 1999.

Work for the MCC will include washing the centre, corrosion repairs, wet and dry sanding along with repainting. The work is being carried out by original building contractor Pendennis.

The work, which began last month, is expected to be completed in time for the first match of the new cricket season which is due to take place in the middle of next month.
