Gensler has been appointed as executive architect on a series of Mulberry stores due to open in the USA and Europe.

Mulberry will open around 30 stores a year globally for the next three years. UDS has been appointed as concept designer while Capita Symonds will programme manage the roll-out.

The first stores will open in San Francisco, Shorthills near New York, Zurich in Switzerland, and Roermond in Holland.

Jon Tollit, principal at Gensler, said: “Having worked previously with Mulberry on their London office headquarters, we are thrilled to be able to extend our existing relationship.”
