Marble stone tiles were one of the most expensive types of tiles a few years ago, and are still the most elegant ones, that add a definite beauty to the room. Marble stone tiles are generally used in homes and offices because of the beauty that they add to the place, as well as the fact that they do not require as much of maintenance as others would require. Also, marble stone tiles are much more durable as compared to the other stone tiles.

Flagstone:

Flagstone is generally found in outdoor furnishings and older buildings. In some cases, flagstones are installed in gardens and other outdoor areas like patios, etc. to enhance the look and feel of the area.  Flagstone can also be polished to add to the beauty of the area.

Vinyl Tiles:

Vinyl tiles are inexpensive tiles that are quite easy to install. These tiles are available in a 12 x 12 squares. They are simple to install because they already have adhesive stuck to the back, and the user just has to remove the protective film to expose the adhesive and stick it to the flooring.

Mosaic Tiles:

Mosaic tiles are a mixture of porcelain, glass and ceramic. They are quite small in size, around two to three inches and are used to create patterns in the tile formation. Mosaic tiles are generally used to create some artistic patterns on the floor or the ground.
