Marble should be cleaned with a pH neutral cleaner in order to preserve its integrity and appearance. Traditional countertop cleaners are too acidic to be used on stone and can damage the surface.

1
Clean any loose debris or dust from the surface of the countertop.

2
Pour the stone cleaner into the spray bottle.

3
Test the cleaner on a small, inconspicuous part of the countertop. If it stains or discolors the marble in any way, contact the manufacturer or retailer.

4
Spray the stone cleaner liberally across the surface of the countertop.

5
Wipe the surface with the sponge in circular motions until the countertop is cleaned. Repeat as necessary.
