They may look great sitting on your fireplace mantle, but unfortunately small marble objects tend to collect dirt and grime. With a little maintenance you can keep your small marble objects looking clean and new.

Fill the plastic container with warm water and detergent. The solution's strength depends on how dirty the marble objects are.

Remove any materials used to hold the small marble object. You're looking to clean the marble only, not the fittings.

Normalize the small marble object's temperature. The marble objects and the water temperature should be similar. Don't place cold marble objects into a hot bucket of water. The marble may crack.

Place the objects in a warm soapy water solution. Swish the marble objects around from time to time to loosen the dirt and grime.

Check on the objects. If the small marble objects are still dirty, change the water and repeat the process. Continue swishing the objects and changing the water until all of the dirt, grease and grime are gone.

Dry the small marble objects and return them to their original position.
